That's funny about these ones being on there, since I've just been listening to them in the past few days. And "Homunculus" has been in my head pretty much all day. tmbgtalk/-laugh.gif

maybe you're a little bit psychic. tmbgtalk/-naughty2.gif

grchereck- 11-13-2006
tmbgtalk/-lol2.gif I don't know about that... Aside from "Homunculus" being on it, I had no idea what to expect regarding this podcast until I went I looked at the Wiki earlier tonight.

biff- 11-13-2006

I recognized their name from the Future Soundtrack For America CD; I had forgotten that they're also on the Hello Radio TMBG tribute from earlier this year.

tmbgtalk/icon2.gif I didn't see anything about Richman...

biff- 11-13-2006
yeah, when i checked the wiki i clicked on their name & it went to a page that said this...

is an indie rock band from Seattle, Washington, currently composed of John Roderick (guitar, vocals), Eric Corson (bass), Nabil Ayers (percussion) and Jonathan Rothman (keyboards). They contributed their song "The Commander Thinks Aloud" to Future Soundtrack For America and their cover of Pet Name appears as the second track on the Hello Radio tribute album. The Long Winters are signed to Barsuk Records, which released Future Soundtrack For America as well as TMBG's Indestructible Object EP.
