I'm glad you finally got to see them GR!!! and that the crowd was fairly well-behaved.

there was plain & metallic mixed together, so we just picked out the shiny ones. bee got both kinds though.

I hope the free Prospect Park show on July 30th that I'm going to is half as good as these shows, the only TMBG concert I ever went to was a kids show last year, it was good, but way too short.

I squealed allowed with excitement even just reading about some of that. xD And went "aww" in response to the bit about recording the shows making Linnell nervous.
Lucky; I envy all the Flanstime it sounds like you got. We hardly got any at our show, he was all busy; and trying to leave.. but people kept talking to him, and since he's Flans and he's uber-sweet, he couldn't just tell them to go away or ignore them; so he got stuck awhile. I felt pretty sorry for him, so.. didn't say more than a sentence to him. :/ Oh well. Anyway, I'm glad he was out and signing things for you guys, though. That's so cool. Frith I can't wait until I see 'em again.. *excitedexcited*

ooh, i also got to see Flans drinkin whiskey. it was fun. he was talkin to Corn Mo, & askin him how everyone liked him, & i kinda injected myself into their *eavesdropped* conversation to tell him that Corn Mo was an inspiration. (ok, maybe i did one thing stoopid. i always do nomatter what)

well, i wanted Flansy to know, cuz i just loved him. he didn't seem to mind. he was in an extra good mood for some reason. more so than any of the other shows i've been to.

He seemed to be in a really good mood at my show, too -- although I have no other frame of reference.

Linnell really surprised me, though. From what I've heard about other shows, it's like he's not really into it or he'd rather be somewhere else or whatever. But if he was feeling that way at my show, it was impossible to tell, because he really looked like he was having a great time up there on stage. (Maybe he was just more comfortable performing with his shoes off... )

i've been to 3, & Linny seemed to be enjoying himself every time. we looked eachother right in the eyes & sang to eachother a bunch of times.
