i randomly hate Mondays.

i talked to Natey for a few minutes last night. he always gives the best advice. this week is his last of the school year, & he is ready.

i think he's gonna have to get a part time job for the summer though.

I don't like mondays either, but now that the relatives have went back home (they came down for the weekend) things'll quiet down a little besides, I missed you guys!

I get to go to the Spring Concert my school's holding tonight! I have a lot of friends who are in choir and I always enjoy hearing them sing

got my research paper done too, it's a good day!

i left Noah a piece of cinnamon toast on his MySpace (long story) & he commented me! that's the first time he ever has.

anyhoo, he said he's feeling a little better, & he'll probably be able to go back to work tomorrow. he's really liking being a sub, & his nice neighbour lady works for the LR school district, so she's gonna let him know if any full time jobs open up.

I still feel pretty low, though. I spent most of the day trying to call about part-time date-entry position I'd found in Sunday's paper -- first I was told that the lady I was supposed to contact wouldn't be coming in until after 1 in the afternoon, so I waited until then to call again, at which point I was told that she was busy. Then I waited another hour or so to call yet again, and I was told that the position was just filled.

I found another ad in Sunday's paper that looked promising -- there's going to be a new restaurant opening downtown soon, and they're looking for hosts, servers, etc. Tomorrow morning, I want to see if I can get in on that; it sounds like it's going to be a nice establishment...

melissa was doing AWFUL today
she had the WORST nurse this evening
they gave her something instead of what was working just fine and she had a bad allergic reaction to it. Her heart was pounding and she got real red and itchy and she was shaking HARD. then later the nurse tried to give her the SAME THING AGAIN!!!! Melissa told her to not give it to her and fought with the nurse and the nurse YELLED at melissa and told her she HAD to take it. THEN when she was giving Melissa her morphine, she blew the vein and pumped the morphine right under her skin, so now she has this big bubble under her arm filled with morphine

you need to tell em you want a different nurse. you don't have to let her touch Melissa. i've got rid of bad nurses when i was in the hospital. we've got rid of em on my Mom & sister too. if she comes in that room again tell her you want someone else, & if she doesn't listen, walk out to the nurse's station & tell em you want someone else.

nobody can touch her that she doesn't want touching her. she's still the ultimate boss of her own medical care, & you are her advocate.

i'm sorry things are going so bad for her right now. i'll call Mom again today & remind her to tell everyone to keep praying.
