i overslept when i took my nap. i always seem to do that on Friday. i feel like my day is already gone.

man, i slept really late today. i'm still kinda fuzzy.

the window is open & my chimes are chiming. it sounds lovely.

That does sound lovely. Last night it was raining (I love falling asleep to the sound of rain), but now its gorgeous outside, and since it rained so much this past week the trees are blooming and the grass is so green and has grown inches in days!

that sounds so pretty lajoyce I always loves spring, but the weather around here won't make up it's mind

we're starting enrollment for seniors next year, it's always so busy near the end of the school year

oh i know! it's such a relief not to have kids in High School anymore.

i really really need to go do a bunch of more stuff.

My dad and I may start making candles again -- but we're going with soy wax (we just ordered some online) instead of paraffin wax.

what is the difference between the two, GR?

Natey called last night, but it was just to talk to his Dad about car stuff. he gets lots of car calls now that they both moved away.

I'm not really sure; but Dad said something to me about how people are more inclined to buy soy-based candles these days because paraffin is a waste product derived from petroleum oil or something like that. (Not that this makes much sense to us -- it's not like oil will stop getting drilled altogether if people stop buying paraffin-based wax or candles.)

i think it's cuz people are ecologically dumb. they wanna feel like they're doing something to save the planet even though they're not.

My sentiments exactly.
