As for what I'm dressing up as? I don't know! I couldn't think of anything that didn't require more time to make/get than I actually had. I don't have a car (and neither do most of my friends), so public transportation makes everything take like five times longer.

we started practicing songs for the Christmas Pageant in Choir today it's weird to think it's not even Halloween yet!

also, our boss didn't show up at work today so a lot of people went home early it's been kinda a lazy day...

well, I'm going to my best friend's dorm tonight to work on our Halloween costumes, but I think she's makin' dinner I'm a terrible cook myself!

haha yeah I'm not a good cook either, but it just takes practice! I never had to cook for myself with any regularity until this school year, and I can't make that many things and never make stuff that has lots of ingredients or complex steps, but I can see my skills improving! I make stuff like pasta dishes, sloppy joes, steak, fried fish, various hot sandwich type things, eggs. My next challenge is chicken cooking.
I'm good with a BBQ, but we don't have one here (and I don't think we're allowed to have one on our back deck/fire escape)

i'm just saying hi, cuz i have no time. i gotta get ready for town with Noah.

this week is going to be pretty busy, over the weekend there was a Hot Air Balloon Fest here in town, and I was invited to go to a horror film festival that the local college is holding this Tuesday, than it's Halloween on Wedsday and on Thursday my mom is suposed to be bringing by some money for me (I don't get paid til the 15th) and of course, I'm spending Friday night with a friend

the item i ordered came today! Noah's still here, so he got the mail. i hope galoot's not too disappointed that he didn't get to be the one to carry it in to me.

The penne a la vodka and garlic bread came out delicious and I have leftovers too, so yay!

So I went as the corniest costume ever to my friend's party- a mathemagician (mathematician+magician... get it? yeah. its bad ) I wore a math T shirt and a cape. And a random hat I like. Everyone was like, "what are you supposed to be?" haha

But that wasn;t the crazy part of the party. Some group of ppl randomly came and spray painted graffiti on my friends' livingroom wall!

Everyone was so confused. The kid who did it (nobody knew him), but his friend came back yesterday and gave my friend $50 for it and apologized profusely. My friend and his roommates weren't even mad, but really, who does that?!!? What a freak.

For now, its gonna be the art wall. We're gonna draw all over it in sharpies until my friends decide to paint it.
