yay for groceries!! I went grocery shopping with my friend yesterday to get supplies for the dorm, it was a really strange and surreal expirience...

I went today and talked to one of the managers at WAL-Mart to ask about a job, and she told me that calling them often would improve my chances, also a whole lot of people in frozen quit this week so they're really needing some people to hire now

yeah, i've been running a TMBG board for years & years, but you'll be my first real meeting... except i forgot that i met C Man once, but he was actually meeting Moon & i just met him through osmosis. (& he was more of a zombie board meeting anyway)

& i talked to Vyrus on the phone twice. he sounds as cute as he looks.

i wonder if woodsie's gonna be there? maybe i'll get to meet her too. i wish she'd come around so i could find out...

that would be so cool! maybe we should wear nametags or something

I'm back in school now so it's been a crazy busy week, but a lot of fun too! I got enrolled in an AP art class, and advanced choir (though I think the choir thing was just a mistake I can't sing for beans) I'm just glad to be outta the house, I'm such a lazy person sometimes

Whoa youre back in school thats crazy. My brother goes to college for the first time on Wednesday. I don't start school until Sept 24th!

i never could figure out why school would start on Friday, but they do it all the time here.

aww i wish i could meet u guys. my collection of TMBG fans is 2 people, but one's going over to the Ween side and the other's not thrilled about them since she says she grew up with them (and she's more into Japanese stuff ).

we should totally all meet somewhere. although that would probably be close to impossible...ahh the power of the internet.

I'm still in NY. I went to chicago for like 10 days earlier in august. It was nice to see my roommates haven't demolished the apartment yet, but stuff that was broken when I left in June is still untouched (all the stove/oven's pilot lights are out, our shower drain is clogged, our broken dvd player). My one roommate was a total monster the first few days, but mellowed a bit as the week went on, giving me hope for this school year :-)

I'll probably go back for the year during the 3rd week in september, and a lot of my stuff is already there (books, hockey stuff, winter clothes) so moving will be easy

what a relief! I'm glad to hear you'll be home soon! (I hope you can get that stove/oven, shower drain, and DVD player fixed soon I think broken stuff is just part of the territory when you're out on your own, right? )

well that's more than what I can say, I don't really know ant TMBG fans in person, in fact most of my friends have never even heard of them! though I agree, it whould be awesome to meet you too! a TMBG Talk meetup would be the most wonderful and weirdest thing ever!
