I had this dream the other morning and It started off with a big globe of the world. Then the Globe opened up and laid flat. I was looking at all of the continents and I began to realize that we are one of the only continents (North America) with one ruler. This was a dream so information was probably wrong and stuff but there are some facts that I had read about that crept into it.
So then I was looking at Europe and I was thinking, "France, Switerland, Germany, etc... they are all on the same continent but with different rulers. The continent was almost 'united' under one rule but WWII stopped that. " I was thinking hey that was a good thing because Hitler was evil and he was killing all of those people in gas chambers. Then I thought how the Germans kind of went along with it though because they had a lot of pride and they really didn't "know" how horrible these people were being treated. Then I started thinking about the U.S. How they slaughtered Indians and then went back to England and talked about all of the wonderful gold and stuff but warned of "savages"...(terrorists). Then how they slaughtered most of them and put them the rest on little reservations that they chose for them etc....Then they stole slaves from another country and totally pulled some crazy shit there...these slaves helped to build the country though through physical labor. I started thinking. What if the only difference was that Hitler used concentration camps instead of just using guns like we did. Then I remembered how I lost out on selling my truck because I got greedy...if I had taken the $1300 when the guy placed it in my hand instead of insisting on another $200 I probably would of sold my truck and had a lot of extra Christmas money. Then I started thinking. Is America being greedy? Are the laws of nature gonna kick our butt? I realized that we really are a strong nation because we're UNited...which makes us HUGE. "United we stand Devided we fall". Are we really United though? Even a big huge bully can be brought down by the little guys if they've had enough and device a brilliant plan. Can we stop people from using their brains or rising up to be more than a third world country. Then I remembered something I read the other day about how Bush is attacking Afganastan now. A lot of people don't know about this but it is a fact. We are going after their opium fields not because of the drug problem that they are creating in America but because the those farmers are bringing their country up to "threat" status. We want to keep them in their place. Bush admited to that which I thought was bold. They talked about destroying the crops using "blitzkreig" methods and then teaching them how to farm different kinds of crops. Anyway, so...then the other day, there was a report that planes have been flying over and spraying their crops. They are freaking out because their people are getting this strange skin disease...it's like eating their skin off and (this part is not a dream but I thought about it) anyway...in the article, the people were crying out for help because it's like a plague basically no warning...they're just out there picking crops and their skins melting off and everyones getting sick. So the United states has denied envolvment but that interesting because it's U.S. airspace and we all know that the U.S. won't have anyone flying in their airspace doing business without their knowledge. So, basically they're screwed for now. I started thinking...is our government a big control freak? Does it need to be this way to maintain what we have? or are we hurting ourselves. So then in my dream I remembered an article that I read about yet another person stepping down in the white house. It's like one of the main security guys. I remember reading that he said, "We are safer now then we were before but we are not safe." He went on to say something about our food source and that we needed to be concerned about imported food sources. He said he was sure that is where the terror would come for us next. He said it would be extemely easy to do. I remember thinking, "why would he say this out loud and make us look so vulnerable...then...good thing he's at least warning us because there are all kinds of foreign food markets in the U.S. I really started freaking out...then I kept seeing flashes of the globe...flattening out...then Hitler...then Jews... then Indians...slaves...flashes of war scenes that I've seen throughout my life from movies and stuff...piles of grain...people with their skin melting off and screaming...Bush laughing...Sadam laughing...piles of money...blood...and it kept getting faster and faster and then it stopped on that painting THE SCREAM except the screamer was holding a baby and then I woke up sweating and crying with Suzy in my arms.
Then I was crying and this song started playing in my head:

the US invaded Afghanistan long before we invaded Iraq. you don't hear about it as much (i think) because that's where Bin Ladin is (allegedly) & since he was the one who masterminded the 9/11 plot, it was justifiable. i hadn't heard about the spraying of the poppy fields, so i can't really comment on that.

How was it justifiable? We invaded Afganastan Before 9-11. Perhaps 9-11 is justified because of that???

no, we invaded them AFTER 9/11. BECAUSE of 9/11. because Bin Ladin (the guy who caused 9/11) was there.

9/11 wasn't the first time Bin Ladin attacked us. it was the first time he did it on American soil. the Taliban had bombed overseas American stuff like a Marine base, US Embassys, & the USS Cole. he was basically running Afghanistan. in that country, girls were not allowed to go to school. women were stoned to death for walking too loud, or if their wrist accidentally showed from under their burkah. it was a hellhole. we went over there like 3 or 4 months after 9/11 to get Bin Ladin. we haven't found him yet, but they had their very first free election about a month ago, & even the women got to vote.

i think it's a good thing that we invaded them. how would you like it if your daughters weren't allowed to go to school?

no one objected to the afgahny war, the whole country was like a giant concentration camp run by the taliban, in my opinion the UN should have taken them out years ago

the UN is the biggest farce there is! they're a bunch of crooks.

France has veto power, I think, because of the concentration of power when the UN was formed. I really don't remember much about history, though. Oh, and really, the US has given a big ol' screw you to the rest of the world so many times, so I have a hard time bashing France...

As to your thought that maybe old America (killing the Natives) was Hitler-like: Oh, that's been my stance for a long time. We almost wiped out an entire race of people. That's exactly what Hitler was trying to do. We weren't terribly efficient, but we were much more successful than Hitler. I mean, we're here. Then, there's the whole slavery thing. This country has an ugly history. Of course, so does the rest of the world. I think part of the reason that people don't have a big problem with Germany (aside from the fact that everyone has placed all the blame on a small number) is that... if you keep a lot of anger toward ancestors for past atrocities, you might as well strangle yourself with your mother's umbillical chord in utero.

Oh I agree about every race and country having their dirt. I know it sounds crazy but I've said it before...I wouldn't exist if it weren't for all of the stuff that went down and I can see how so much of it was necessary. I mean when you read through history you can see nations being built and progress and a lot of it wouldn't of happened without bloodshed, slaves, etc.... So, I really have nothing against our ancestors at all.

I just can't help to wonder about it all sometimes. I think news media footage, movies, etc...get the best of me sometimes and I get pretty paranoid and freak out.

One time this girl at school...she was really wierd but she was always comming to class looking all freaked out and stuff. One day on smoke break she was whispering to me and crying about some crazy stuff...supposedly her family lived in the backwoods and they were directly corresponding with terrorists. She was saying that they were Suppremists and that they were funding, supplying and supporting these terrorists to attack so that the country would turn against other races being in the country and well...etc etc...you see the point. She said she wanted out of the family but she was afraid they would kill her if she went public. I guess I believed it because it sounded like it work.

I freaked out and told my science teacher and he told me that she was just WACKO.
My dad said, it would never happen, not to worry. That's probably why I should leave politics alone. I always have freaky dreams and stuff and then when I meet wacko's I wonder...what if it's true? doesn't that make me wacko

i'm gonna try to say this without sounding like a racist, cuz i'm not, but i'll probably fail....

the people in this country whose ancestors were brought here from Africa as slaves aren't slaves themselves. it sux what happened to the ones who were slaves, but if they woulda never come here, their ancestors would now still be living in Africa. ummm... Africa is (for the most part) a horrible place to live. most of the people are poor, starving, & living in shacks. the AIDS crisis is horrendous over there right now. they still hold all these mystical beliefs, & infant baby girls are raped by men with AIDS, because they believe that having sex with a virgin will cure them. i'm talking about baby girls too little to even crawl being raped by fully grown adult males! i think the people who are here because their ancestors were slaves are a lot better off than they would have been if they would have stayed in Africa.
