I've been having problems with YAHOO and AOL e-mailes I send out not getting to the people I send them to.. and being bounced back to me....

I finally decided to e-mail Hotmail support about it...

I actually got a response.. impressive.

In the meantime, I suggest that you retry sending the mail to the AOL account at a later time.

I had to get in touch with them a couple of months back. I was completely locked out of my account. My password wouldn't work, nothing! It was awful... It is the email I use for everything I sign up for and such. It is the oldest surviving email account I have. Opened it in '96 I believe.

Anyway, yea a human wrote me back.....surprisingly, and I was grateful of course... Same canned message, "Thank you for writing, my name's so 'n so, yada yada yada, but they helped me! I had to send in some info to prove that it was in fact ME.... They made everything good again. *whew*

Hopefully they'll have you all fixed up soon Bif!
