ok.
i explained it to her the Mac way, & i never heard back, so maybe it's kind of the same.
klimdeeni- 02-09-2007
it should be the same
let me know if they get it to wor or not maybe I can mess with it a bit and see if I can find something
biff- 02-09-2007
no don't! i don't want you to mess yours up. i'm sure i'll hear back from her soon.
klimdeeni- 02-09-2007
I'm not going to mess mine up I'm not a complete idiot ya know
biff- 02-09-2007
yeah, but sometimes when you get to messin around with settings, bad things can happen.
klimdeeni- 02-09-2007
yeah, but I know what not to do and how to undo anything that I might accidently do. as long as I don't delete anything, I can fix it
biff- 02-09-2007
well, you already said you didn't know, & i don't know how to tell you how to find out.
klimdeeni- 02-09-2007
well I don't know off the top of my head if the problem continues and she's at a loss, I can take a closer look
that's all I really meant I guess
biff- 02-09-2007
ok.
she PMd me back today & said she was gonna poke around in there & see what she could figure out. i gave her the basic jist.
biff- 02-09-2007
i went & figured out what i did & made her a screen a capture & then i told her what all i clicked on to get there & to do what i did. that ought to do it.

sounds good let me know the dramatic conclussion
biff- 02-09-2007

It's pretty easy to just install iTunes for Windows ... it works just about identically to the Mac.
