i just checked again, & they said this...
i have no idea what's wrong with my comp lol. the files are apparently "mpge4," so no video. but the option is on there it just doesn't let me click on it... could just be my computer because it's being g*y as always

oh well. you tried. it sounds like a bigger problem than something they can tweak by themself to me.
