this board has these letter code thingys you gotta type in when you register. it helps keep the spam bots out. they're really hard to read though. people complain about it in support all the time, but they still look crappy. if that's the problem you're having, please tell me about it. my job here is to help you & to make sure you have an enjoyable posting experience here.

A. i can barely tell what the digits are & 2. there are obviously letters not just numbers.

sometimes you can hit 'refresh' a few times until you get a security code that's legible.

but hey, that might not even be your problem. what do i know?
