stores are staying open till midnight to release it and then scott is gonna come round and we'll play it co-op, which is way more fun, and if it's anything like last time scott will fall asleep and I'll be able to use him as a human shield

in his defence we started at 1am and he didn't fall asleep till 6am on the second night but still what a pussy we only got about 2/3rds through the game so I had to finish it off on single player today and now I am mentally drained from killing to many aliens

My brother has Halo 2 already. He took the day off yesterday so he could play it. He did leave with friends, though, which was how I got on yesterday. I still haven't played it yet.

Dsl and xbox live are still to expensive in NZ to bother with. theres not enough providers here to create the competition to lower the prices

My gamertag is Gutsblack Snoop. I've been playing exclusively Halo 2 since the hour it came out.

Once I played it for the first time, I wondered why I waited so long to play it. I was drawn in like it was a black hole. It's an awesome game, and I haven't even played it online yet.

I'm waiting to see if my internet stays working for at while before I spend $70 on a Live kit. I havent even played this game too much and I have no idea why. I got one good night of multiplayer in at my friends house and thats pretty much it.

Instead of spending $70 for the starter kit you can just use the two month free trial that comes with Halo 2 and go buy an Xbox Headset for $30.

I was thinking about doing that... but it'll end up being cheaper with the starter kit. I'll end up with 14 months, the headset and a free game.

Yeah, I always forget that you pay for Live after the trial. Actually, I always forget that you pay for Live until Late November when I get billed 50 bucks.
