there is a file in the Gif Builder folder called 'Tutorial'. it explains how to use it. also, here is a page i ran across last night that explains it in even simpler terms...

i was clicking through my favourites to see what all links i'd need to save when i switch to my new computer & when i went to the page where i downloaded WireTap i found this thing called Screen Cleaner Pro on this page http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/freebies/ (it's the 2nd one down)
