I can't figure out what utility or application or whatever to use to open the .sit file/application for "Capture me" I"ve got the download .sit on my desk top but it won't open. I know how to change the options for what to open it with but I don't know what I have that opens applicaitons. What do you use to open those sort of files with?

Nevermind. I figured it out. I had to reinstall Stuffit Expander:

when I open up a movie, the default polayer is realplayer, and I don't want it to be realplayer
do you know how I can set what my default player is?

You're on windows, right? You should be able to right-click a file, and choose "Open with..." and select a new application. There's a box at the bottom that says something like, "Always use this application" so you can set a new app to be your default app.

Sometimes you have to hold down the shift key when you right-click. But I think that was pre-windows XP.
