So ... the pressed emusic disc I have came with a printed insert. Not sure if that's different from what you're talking about.

Also, there's a fairly high-res PDF of the liner notes, I believe, which includes the cover. Have you seen that?

Does anyone care anymore? Am I just dredging up old topics?
